         The successful tenderer to provide embedded advisor(s) who will be based in AEDC"s offices in Abuja for a period of 12 months to assist in the design and implementation of aBond Programme. The embedded Advisor will have four key tasks to complete:

         1. Create a business plan (the “Business Plan”) to support the investment case for the Bond Programme;

         2. Coordinate the appointment of the various transaction parties required for the implementation of the Bond

         Programme;

         3. Working with the transaction advisers, develop a structuring proposal for the Bond Programme;

         4. Supervise transaction progress on behalf of AED Plc through to financial close.
