        AEDC is inviting tenders to provide financial advisory services (the ‘Services’) for the Bond Programme.

        The Terms of Reference for the Services are more particularly set out in the Invitation to tender available from the Contact Person mentioned at Section I above.

        In summary:

        The successful tenderer will provide Embedded Advisor(s) who will be based in AEDC"s offices in Abuja for a period of 12 months to assist in the design and implementation of aBond Programme. The Embedded Advisor will have four key tasks to complete:

        1. Create a business plan (the ‘Business Plan’) to support the investment case for the Bond Programme.

        2. Coordinate the appointment of the various transaction parties required for the implementation of the Bond Programme.

        3. Working with the transaction advisers, develop a structuring proposal for the Bond Programme. This will include but not be limited to the following sub-tasks:

        4. Supervise transaction progress on behalf of AED Plc through to financial close.
